Users
A Point in Time is designed specifically for the user. An intuitive and attractive full featured interface designed with on-screen editing. Entry Details, A Simple entry structure consisting of Company, Project, Task levels preventing the users from getting lost in the complex quagmire of unnecessary payroll account structures. Color coded so the user can see their entry permissions at a glance. Color coded Weekly Timesheet (with totals) that actually works. Daily Logs with totals for Activities, Expenses, Mileage, and ToDo entries.

'A Point in Time' will allow users to 'add' themselves as registered users 'on the fly'. So users don't have to wait for an administrator to grant user access.

Administrators
Our simple unzip - drag-n-drop installation makes 'A Point in Time' simple to install. Place the unzipped files on a common server and email each user a common hyperlink. That's all you need to do. A Point in Time' will do the rest.

A seperate Admin.exe allows for extra security by allowing you to place Admin.exe on a secured folder where you have granted access to administrators only.

A single company license is all you need. Starting with an affordable 20 user company site license. And upgrading by 10 user licenses where required. With our simple and attractive Admin interface you'll find it easy to register the company license and manage users. As an administrator of 'A Point in Time' , you can give another user 'A Point in Time' administrator privileges so you can focus on your higher priorities.

We've left the database open so you can add all the reports you want. And you'll be able to link via ODBC to extract and report on 'A Point in Time' data from another database or reports generator.
